In view of the fact that I have given considerable powers and duties to my said wife by

that my said wife shall prepare an accounting in a fashion suitable for presentation to the orphans'

Dear Mrs. Bucher:
We received your request for information on property you have for resale in

you home.
First, we are sorry to learn Mr. Bucher has passed away. We contacted Rose

grave (by specific description) into the inventory of the estate and have the
court order/approve it sold to BARRY L ROSSON CO. The cemetery will require a

II. For decedents dying on or after July 1, 1994, if a surviving spouse exercised or intends to exercise a right of withdrawal within 9
months of the decedent's death, check the appropriate block and attach a copy of the document in which the surviving spouse
exercises such withdrawal right.
; [] Unlimited right of withdrawal [] Limited right of withdrawal
III. Explanation of Compromise Offer:
Taxable residue before spouse's exercise of limited right of withdrawal equals $17,081. Spouse exercised right of
withdrawal within nine months of date of death of $10,000 (copy of check attached). This leaves a life estate principal of
$7,08 I. Given small amount of principal (even adding nontaxable life insurance proceeds of $9,750) maximum
anticipated income per year is less than $600. Surviving spouse's other income is only $9,780.00 and her age and cost of
living and medical care (estimated at $12,206.00) will likely result in a total consumption of the principal in less than three
years. Therefore, it is suggested that all entire principal balance is taxable at the spousal rate.
IV.
Summary of Compromise Offer:
1. Amount of Future Interest:
2. Value of Line 1 exempt from tax as amount passing to charities, etc.
