AND NOW come the Executrices' Barbara McK. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan and hereby
respond to the Petition for Leave to Withdraw Appearance of Counsel as follows:

2. After reasonable investigation, the answering parties are without knowledge or
information sufficient to form a belief as to the truth or falsity of these averments.

Attorney Jacobs' Petition for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel, with the understanding that his
withdrawal does not delay the proceedings scheduled for next week and Ms. Barbara Mann Mumma
is prepared to proceed on schedule, as the Petition suggests.
