AND NOW, this 5th day of August, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by John Lebo, dated and filed on August 5, 2009, for the estate of Paul B. Lebo IT IS HEREBY
DECREED that the Petitioners shall post surety bond in the amount of $50,000.00.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative,
Letters of Administration shall be granted to John Lebo.
