PRELIMINARY DECREE

Petition of Kimberly S. Ocker, by and through her attorneys, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto
Gilroy & Faller, it is hereby ordered and decreed that a Citation is awarded and directed to William
H. Ocker, the alleged incapacitated person, to show cause why he should not be adjudged an
incapacitated person and why Kimberly S. Ocker should not be appointed permanent and plenary
guardian of his estate and of his person. A hearing on this matter shall be held in Courtroom
No. ~ of the Cumberland County Courthouse in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on

At least twenty (20) days notice of the hearing shall be given to the alleged incapacitated
person and the presumptive heirs listed in the Petition by personal service or by regular and certified
mail.
