SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
09/04/2009 02:43 PM -Shawn Harrison, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
September 4, 2009 at 1438 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: 3810 Market Street, LLC, by making known unto Paul Mattus, Adult in Charge and
Owner of business, at 3810 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011 its
contents and at the same time handing to him personally the said true and correct copy of the same.
Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney
and letter mailed to defendant on 09-08-09.
06/30/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
