Dear Register of Wills:
My office is in receipt of your Decree dated July 31, 2009, wherein you scheduled a hearing
for Thursday, August 20, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. This date is in conflict with my schedule; therefore, I
am requesting that the hearing be rescheduled.
I spoke with Attorney Craig M. Kellerman, Counsel for the Respondent, Michael Lyons, and
this date is also a conflict with his schedule. We discussed alternative dates for you to consider when
rescheduling this matter, as follows: September 15, 18, 21, 23 -24, 2009. Attorney Kellerman has
requested an afternoon time, if.possible, to allow for his travel to the azea. Both counsel aze in
agreement with rescheduling the hearing and alternate dates.
