above matter, it is Decreed as follows:
A. John F. Zeigler and Michael L. Bangs aze appointed Co-Guardians of
the Estate of Sierra C. Zeigler for the restrictive purpose of receiving and
retaining the proceeds from the Prudential Insurance Company of America, Group
Policy G-44686, with the insured being Leann R. Zeigler and Claim No.
10941795 with the beneficiary being the minor child, Siena Zeigler;
B. The Co-Guardians of the Estate of Sierra C. Zeiger aze authorized to
pay Summer C. Zeigler the sum of $2,473.00 representing one-half of the funeral
bill for their mother, Leann R. Zeigler;
C. The Co-Guazdians are authorized to pay the legal fees and costs
incurred to obtain these insurance proceeds and pursue this Guazdianship Petition
and Order to Michael L. Bangs, Esquire in the amount of $1,030.00; and
D. The Co-Guardians aze to place the remaining funds in a restricted
account held by Fulton Financial Corporation, including instructions that no
withdrawal can be made from the account until the minor obtains majority, except
as authorized by a prior Order of Court. The Co-Guazdians shall file with this

Court proof of the funds being deposited in this restricted account and upon filing
said proof, the Co-Guazdianship of the Estate of Sierra C. Zeigler will be
terminated.
