Dear Ms. Novosel:
This is to notify you of the claim of Lorraine D. Greene, the undersigned, in
the amount of $7,000.00 against the above mentioned estate composed of
$2,000.00 being four months (August, September, October and November of
2007) of utilities in lieu of stated rent, at the rate of $500.00 per month, and the
remaining $5,000.00 representing 20 months of storage at the rate of $250.00
per month for December of 2007 through July of 2009.
