To satisfy the judgment, interest and costs against Defendant MORRISON
INFORMATICS, INC.:
(1) you directed to attach the property of Defendant not levied upon in the possession
of MEMBERS 1ST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as garnishee;
(2) notify the garnishee that:
(a) an attachment has been issued;
(b) the garnishee is enjoined from paying any debt to or for the account of the
Defendant and from delivering any property of the Defendant or otherwise
disposing thereof;
(3) if property of the Defendant not levied upon and subject to attachment is found in
the possession of anyone other than a named garnishee, you are directed to notify
him that he has been added as a garnishee and is enjoined as above stated;

Mark Conklin, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on August 13, 2009 at
1055 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and monies of the
within named defendant, to wit: Morrison Informatics, Inc., in the hands, possession, or control of the
within named garnishee, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, 5000 Louise Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, by handing to Tania Young, Deposit Supervisor, personally
three copies of writ of execution; three copies of writ of execution notice; three copies of interrogatories;
three copies of Notice under Rule 2958.3 of Judgement and Execution thereon (Notice of Defendant's
Rights); three copies of Claim for Exemption and made the contents there of known to her.
The writ of execution and notice to defendant was mailed on August 14, 2009 to Morrison Informatics,
Inc., Liberty Plaza III, Ste 101, 1150 Lancaster Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
07/01/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
