I leave my oak dry sink, large white crock, kitchen table and chairs, tall bedroom dresser, tall two- door utility cupboard, blue pitcher lamp to Charles R. Martin, Jr. D. I leave my three-tiered dark wood comer stand, Globe Lamp (White and Red Roses) and cookbooks to Trudy R. Byers. E. I leave my small living room sofa and dough tray end table to_ Shirley L. I leave my food staples and canned goods to the Mount Holly Springs United Methodist Church Food Bank. J. The remaining property is to be sold and the proceeds divided equally between Trudy R. Byers, Karen L. Martin, Dennis L. Martin and Charles R. Martin, Jr. If any of my beneficiaries predecease me their share goes to the deceased individuals estate. ~. I appoint Charles R.
