seconds East by a distance of 223.74 feet to a point; thence along the lands now or formerly of Donald
L.Basehore South 89 degrees 11 minutes 44 seconds West, by a distance of 200.01 feet to a point on the
southern right of way line of Summit Way; thence along the southern right of way line of Summit Way North 76
degrees 48 minutes 17 seconds east by a distance of 110.58 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
