AND NOW, this /d ~ day of 2009, the
foregoing Petition having been presented in open Court, upon
consideration thereof and on motion of Jennifer B. Hipp, Esquire,
Counsel for the Petitioners, it is ORDERED and DECREED that a
Citation be awarded, directed to Doris G. Barron to show cause
why she should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and a
plenary guardians of her estate and person be appointed,
returnable ~ /'1 2009, at a:~a o'clock, ~.M. ,
prevailing time.
The time and place of hearing on the petition for
appointment of co-guardians of the estate and person of the
alleged incapacitated person are fixed for a~ ~~

Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle,

At least twenty days, written notice of the hearing shall be
given to Doris G. Barron, the alleged incapacitated person, by
serving her personally with the Citation and this Order of Court
and a copy of the foregoing petition together with an explanation
of the contents and terms of the petition; and at least ~ days
written notice of the petition and hearing shall be given t the
next of kin and to the following parties in interest: Gary J.
Barron (son), of 134 Needham Drive, Vacaville, CA 95687; and,
Bruce A. Barron (son), of 9028 Asbury Road, LeRoy, New York
14482 either personally or by registered or certified mail.
