RECEIPT RELEASE AND REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Chang Sik Won, one of the residuary
legatees under the Last Will and Testament of hn Soon Tuman, late of Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge that upon execution of this
instrument, I received from Moo Sik Won, Executor, the sum of Seventy Thousand and 00/100
Dollars ($70,000.00), in partial paymeipt on account of final distribution of my residuary legacy
under the terms of said Last Will and Testament in accordance with the Statement of Account
provided herewith.
AND, THEREFORE, I, the said Chang Sik Won, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever discharge the Executor aforesaid, his heirs, executors and administrators, ofand
from the aforesaid partial distribution of my legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day
of the date of these presents.
AND, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aforesaid distribution being made without the
aid of such Court of Common Pleas -Orphans' Court Division, I, the said Chang Sik Won, do
hereby agree that if any debts or demands, other than those included in the attached Statement of
Account, shall be hereaRer recovered against the Estate of said decedent and be legally payable out
of the same, to the extent of my said distribution, I will return to the said Executor such amount
thereof as maybe necessary to pay such debts or demands.

RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, KYONG WON, one of the legatees under
the Last Will and Testament of IM SOON TUMAN, late of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, do hereby acknowledge receipt from MOO SIK WON, Executor,
of the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), in full satisfaction and payment of my specific
legacy under the terms of Item 2 of said Last Will and Testament.

AND, THEREFORE, I, the said KYONG WON, do by these presents remise, release, quit-
claim, and forever dischazge the said Executor aforesaid, his heirs, executors and administrators, of
and from the aforesaid specific legacy, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date
of these presents.
AND I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may
dischazge the said Executor upon application, without further notice to me.
