Doing Business As CARLISLE CAMPGROUND Defendant( s) CIVIL DIVISION - LAW COMPLAINT The Plaintiff, WOODALLS PUBLICATIONS CORPORATION., by its attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & IMBLUM, P.C., bring this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($5,365.50), along with interest thereon from November 20,2003 upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement: 1. The Plaintiff, WOODALLS PUBLICATIONS CORPORATION., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws ofthe State of California, having an office and place of business at 2575 Vista Del Mar, Ventura, California 93001. 2. The Defendant, CARLISLE MOTEL & CAMPGROUND, INC., Doing Business As, CARLISLE CAMPGROUND, is a corporalion organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at ] 075 Harrisburg Pike, Highway II, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 3. On or about June 10, 2002 Defendant did enter into two Advertising Agreements with Plaintiff for advertising in the Campground Directory and the Tenting Directory. Said Agreements are hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. 4. The prices charged for said services provided were just and reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant orally promised and agreed to pay to Plaintiff. Defendant failed to pay the invoices when issued creating a balance due and owing of Five Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5,365.50) Plaintiff's Invoices are hereto attached, marked Exhibil "B" and made a part hereof. 6. Plaintiff frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, bul Defendant refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof. 7. The balance due and owing by Defendantto Plaintiffis the sum of Five Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5,365.50), as appears by Plaintiff's Statement of Account hereto attached, marked as Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($5,365.50) , along with interest thereon from November 20, 2003.
