JUDGMENT NOTE
1
For full value received the undersigned promises to pay to the order of Whitestone
Mountain, Inc. d/b/a Reisinger Excavating the sum of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two
Dollars ($9,692.00) plus interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1 Y2%) per month
from the date of filing of this judgment, the principal and interest to be due and payable at the
office of the payee located at 255 White Stone Drive, Landisburg, PA 17040, or to the holder
of this Note.
The principal and all interest which has accrued thereon shall become due upon the sale
or foreclosure of the real property owned by the undersigned at 6312 Auburn Drive,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
ANY ATTORNEY-AT-LAW MAY APPEAR IN ANY COURT OF RECORD IN
THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA OR IN THE UNITED STATES,, AFTER THE
ABOVE OBLIGATION BECOMES DUE, AND WAIVE THE ISSUING AND SERVICE
OF PROCESS, AND CONFESS A JUDGMENT AGAINST THE UNDERSIGNED,
JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY, IN FAVOR OF THE HOLDER OF THIS NOTE, FOR THE
AMOUNT THEN APPEARING DUE, TOGETHER WITH COSTS OF ACTION, AND,
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT, RELEASE ALL ERRORS AND WAIVE ALL RIGHT
OF APPEAL.
This Note is secured by a lien to the benefit of Whitestone Mountain, Inc. d/b/a
Reisinger Excavating upon real property known as 6312 Auburn Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA
17050.
