please take notice that counsel HAS NOT been retained by or on~"'~
behalf of the alleged incapacitated person, DORIS G. BARRON, and
that the hearing to determine this matter is scheduled on
September 17, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom #9 in the
Cumberland County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
Based upon the Petition for Appointment of Co-Guardians for
a Person and Estate of Doris G. Barron, it is understood that
Doris G. Barron's attendance at the September 17, 2009 hearing is
excused pursuant to the sworn testimony of her physician,
Julienne R. Fahnestock, M.D., a transcript of which is attached
as Exhibit "B" to the said Petition.
