do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revptdng ~°
all prior wills and codicils made at any time before by me.
FIRST. I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
SECOND. I give, devise, and bequeath all my property, real, mixed or
personal, to my wife, PEARL E. SCOTT.
THIRD. If my said wife should predecease me, or if we should die in
a common disaster, then in either of those said events I give, devise and bequeath
all my property, be it real, mixed or personal, in equal shares to my children,
per capita.
FOURTH. Zf any of the beneficiaries under this, my Last Will and
Testament, are minors, then in that event I give, devise and bequeath all my
property to JOYCE E. HOLTRY as guardian never-the-less, to invest and reinvest
the same during the minority of said children with the following powers in addition
to those currently given under law:
a. The power to use the income from the said monies for the support,
health, maintenance and education of the said minors.
b. The power to use the principal if the income should prove insufficient
for the support, health, maintenance and education of the said minors.
c. The power to sell any and all real estate if the same be necessary
for the support, health, maintenance and education of the said minors, and the
power to keep my principal residence if the same is necessary for a home for the
said minors.

d. The power to distribute to the said minors their share of the
remaining principal and income upon the attainment of the age of twenty-one
(21), upon receipt of a good and valid release, without the necessity of an
adjudication by the Orphan's Court.
FIFTH. I nominate and appoint my said wife, PEARL E. SCOTT, as the
executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and should she be unable to serve,
then in that event 1 nominate and appoint JOYCE E. HOLTRY, JANET G. SCOTT, and
JAYNE L. SCOTT as the Executrices of this, my Last Will and Testament. If said
JAYNE L. SCOTT is not yet eighteen (18) years old at the time this provision
becomes effective, I then nominate and appoint the above said 70YCE E. HOLTRY
and JANET G. SCOTT as the executrices of this, my Last Will and Testament.
