Beidel, (hereina~er referred "Mother") and Richard C. Beidel, (hereinafter referred to as "Father"). WHEREAS, the parties are the natural parents of one child, namely, Taylor Beidel, bom March 23, 1994 (hereina~er referred to as "child"); and WHEREAS, the parties do not reside together and, therefore, it is neces,, establish a custodial arrangement for the child; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an agreement relative to custo~ partial O_.lstody of the child; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promi~ agreements as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: 1. Mother and Father shall have shared legal custody of the child. 2. Mother and Father shall have shared physical or residential custody of · on an alternating week basis from Friday after school until the following mq:er school. 3. Holidays shall be shared as the parties can agree. year Nicole and child ;riday The parties shall keep each other advised immediately in the event of ~rious illness or medical emergency concerning the child and shall further ta ~e any necessary steps to ensure that the health and well-being of the hild is protected. During such illness or medical emergency, both parties sh have the right to visit the child as often as he or she desires consistent w h the proper medical care of the child. The parties shall not do anything which may estrange the child from th4 other party, or injure the opinion of the child as to the other party, or whi¢ may hamper the free and natural development of the child's love and atfect~ on for the other party. Any modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement ~l be effective only if made in writing and only if executed with the same fen-., ~ity as this Stipulation and Agreement. The parties desire that this Stipulation and Agreement be made an Ch der of Court to the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, and hrther acknowledge that the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County ¢ ~es, in fact, have jurisdiction over the issue of custody of the minor child wi u~ has resided in Cumberland County and shall retain such jurisdiction &ould circumstances change and either party desire or require modification. ,f said Order.
