BE IT REMEMBERED THAT
I, BERNICE I. PLYLEY, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
I
I declare that I am not married, my beloved husband, CHAUNCEY A. PLYLEY, JR.,
having predeceased me, and that I have four (4) children, namely LAURA ILENE HUBSCH,
SUSAN LYNN KEMP, CHAUNCEY A. PLYLEY, III, and WILLIAM R. PLYLEY.

I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my residuary estate as
soon as practicable af<er my decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that maybe assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature
and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense ofthe administration ofmy estate.

I hereby give and bequeath to each of my grandchildren named below the sum of Five
Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00):
1. Bevin Lynn Hubsch Franklin, date ofbirth: October 30, 1978;
2. Megan Ilene Rogers, date ofbirth: August 23, 1980;
3. Thomas James Hubsch, Jr., date ofbirth: March 22, 1982;
4. Erin Lynn Hamilton, date ofbirth: September 3, 1986;
5. Brittany Amanda Kemp, date ofbirth: October 16, 1988;
6. Chad AnthonyKemp, date ofbirth: October27, 1990;
7. Daniel Ross Plyley, date ofbirth: October2l, 1994;
8. Austin James Plyley, date ofbirth: June 8, 1996;
9. HeatherNicolePlyley, date ofbirth: February 2, 1998;
10. Ross Plyley, date ofbirth: June 6, 1998; and
11. Janine Plyley, date ofbirth: December 29, 2001.
If any of the named grandchildren are under the age of eighteen (18), I hereby appoint my children
as guardians ofthe monies hereby given.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whetherreal or personal, wherever situate, I
hereby give, devise, and bequeath to my children, LAURA ILENE HUBSCH, SUSAN LYNN
KEMP, CHAUNCEY A. PLYLEY, III, and WILLIAM R. PLYLEY, in equal shares, per stitpes.

TRUST
If any of my grandchildren inherit property pursuant to the provisions of this LAST WILL
and TESTAMENT, other than the specific bequests listed above, then those sums shall be placed in
a Trust with my son, CHAUNCEY A. PLYLEY, III, as Trustee. If my son, CHAUNCEY A.
PLYLEY, III, is unable or unwilling to act as Trustee, I appoint my daughter, LAURA ILENE
HUBSCH, as Trustee.
A. The assets that are transferred to the Trust shall be divided into approximately equal
shares for each of my grandchildren under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age.
B. The Trust estate shall be administered until each beneficiary reaches the age of twenty-
one (21} years. Until that time, the Trustee shall apply all net income and principal of the Trust
estate as follows:
1) So long as my beneficiary is under the age of twenty-one (21}
years of age, the net income of the Trust shall be paid to, or
applied for the benefit of my beneficiary at such tirrres and in such
amounts as the Trustee shall in his or her discretion deem
necessary for his or her support, welfare, maintenance and
education. Education shall be defined broadly to include not only
that available in college, but also trade school and other similar
training. In the event that the income shall be insufficient to
provide my child with adequate maintenance, support, welfare or
education, the Trustee may invade the principal of this Trust for
this purpose.
2) The Trustee in exercising his discretionary authority with respect
to the payment of income or principal of the Trust Estate to my
beneficiary, shall take into consideration any income or other
resources available to my beneficiary from sources outside of this
Trust that may be known to the Trustee. The determination ofthe
Trustee with respect to the necessity of making payments out of
income or principal to my beneficiary shall be conclusive on all
persons howsoeverinterested in the Trust.
3) The Trustee shall accumulate and add to principal any net income
of the Trust not paid out in accordance with the discretion
hereinabove conferred on the Trrstee.
4) In the event my beneficiary predeceases me or dies prior to the
termination of this Trust, the interest of my beneficiary in the
Trust shall cease, except that, if he or she is survived by any
children, then the Trustee shall pay net income of the Trust to or
apply the same for the benefits of such children of my deceased
child, in such amount or amounts as the Trustee in his sole
discretion may determine for support, welfare and rr~intenance.
C. When my beneficiary reaches the age of twenty-one (21) years, a calculation of the
property remaining in the Trust shall be made and the total thereof shall be distributed to him or
her.
D, My beneficiary of this Trust, shall not have any right to alienate, encumber, or
hypothecate his interest in the principal or income of the Trust in any manner, nor shall any interest
be subject to clains ofhis creditors or liable to attachment, execution orotherprocess oflaw.
E. In order to carry out the purposes of this Trust established by this Will, the Trustee, in
addition to all other powers granted by this Will, or by law, shall have the following powers over
the Trust estate, subject to anylimitation specified elsewhere in this Will:
1) To retain any property received by the Trust estate for as
long as the Tmstee consider it advisable.
2) To spend funds for the maintenance and repair of real
property.
3) To sell at public or private sale, exchange or lease for a
period of time, any real or personal property and give
options for sale ofthe lease.
4) To execute and deliver any deeds, leases, assignments or
other instruments as may be necessary to carry out the
provisions ofthis Trust.
S) To borrow money and to mortgage or pledge any real or
personal property.
b) The Trustee shall maintain accurate records and accounts
and shall render statements to my beneficiary hereunder
showing receipts and disbursements of principal and
income no less frequently than annually The Trustee shall
serve without bond and shall receive fair and reasonable
compensation for administration of this Tnrst, not to exceed
five (5%) pen;ent ofannual income.

8) To do all other acts that are in his judgment necessary or
desirable for the proper management, investment and
distribution ofthe Tnrst estate.

I nominate, constitute and appoint my children, LAURA ILENE HUBSCH, SUSAN LYNN
KEMP, CHAUNCEY A. PLYLEY, III, and WII,LTAM R. PLYLEY, as Co-Executors of this
LAST WILL and TESTAMENT, to serve without bond.
