I, STEPHEN P. VORODI, of Apartment 206, 9 Richland Lane,
Camp Hill, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently
done, and in this respect, I direct that I be cremated and that
my remains be~buried in my burial lot next to my wife. I further
direct that there be no visitation or viewing with regard to my
funeral services.
2.
I give and bequeath the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00)
Dollars to my niece, STEPHANIE VORODi, of Elizabethtown,
Pennsylvania, if she survives me.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)

Dollars to my brother, VINCENT VORODI, if he survives me.
4.
I give and bequeath my automobile and my diamond ring to my
nephew, ffi2IC VORODI, if he survives me.
5.
I direct that the inheritance tax on all of the above
bequests be paid out of my residuary estate.
6.
I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever
situate, to my brother, WILLIAlI L. VORODI, of Middletown,
Pennsylvania, and to my brother, RICHARD H. VORODI, of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, share and share alike, and in the
event that either of my said brothers should predecease me, then
in such event, I give and bequeath their share in my estate to
their wives, to wit, PHYLLIS VORODI, who is the wife of my
brother, Richard, and to THELlfA VORODI, who is the wife of my
brother, William.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother,
RICHARD H. VORODI, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
and in the event my said brother should predecease me or should
he be unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity for any
reason, then in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
sister-in-law, PHYLLIS VORODI, Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament in his place and stead, and in either instance, I

direct that my said personal representatives be excused from
posting any bond or other security for the faithful performance
of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
