ORDER
The Board on August 12, 2009, after giving careful consideration to alI of the facts
established at the hearing, and in the exercise of its discretion, is not satisfied that
the Board-approved President, Treasurer, Director and Stockholder, Norman H. Fromm is a
responsible and reputable individual as required under Sections 102 and 404 of. the Liquor
Code in view of his convictions on February 6, 2008 for DUI (M) ond.on August 12, 2008 for
DUI (M1) and the fact that he is scheduled to be on probation until July 13, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, this 13`h day of August, 2009, the Board ORDERS and DECREES that Norman H_
Fromm be removed from or divested of any interest in this license.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE BOARD'S ORDER MAY RESULT IN CITATION PROCEEDINGS PURSUANT TO
SECTION 471.
