BILLY B. SHEAFFER, 111 and KELLY L. SHEAFFER, husband and wife, with an
address of 1008 Silver Lake Road, Lewisberry, York County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
"Owner", have entered into a contract with HAUBERT HOMES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation
with an address of 5 f"r, , Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection of a residential garage and related home
improvements upon land of Owner having an address of 1435 Main Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described in Deed dated
August 18, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Instrument Number 200828511.
NOW, this 28th day of August, 2009, before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials
for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against said property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the installation and construction of said improvements, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day
above written.
