Terry Miller & Associates, Inc., Contractor IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA No. WHEREAS, Daniel W. Eichelberger and Rebecca Bird-Eichelberger are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with D. Terry Miller & Associates of Hershey, Pennsylvania, for the rennovation of a building upon premises commonly known as 720 South Market Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, asset forth in the deed dated o k 1 *it a q , recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto. NOW, August ?-4 , 2009, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows. BEGINNING at an iron piu on the building.line of South Market Street, which pin is one hundred eighty-eight and four-tenths (188.4) feet southwardly from an iron pin at corner of lands now or formerly of Martin W. Hertzler and of Frank B. Mumma and wife; thence by-the said building line of South Market Street, South twenty-one(21) degrees thirty (30) minutes East sixty-two (62) feet to an iron pin at the northern line of a-proposed thirty (30) foot Street; thence.by the north- ern line of said proposed atreet,South sixty-nine (69) degrees forty-five (45) minutes West one hundred and=eighty (180) feet to a stake; thence along lands now or late of Frank B. Mumma and wife, North-twenty-one (21) degrees thirty (30) minutes . West sixty-two (62) feet to a stake; thence along land•now or late of Frank B. Williams and wife, North sixty-nine (69) degrees forty-five (45) minutes East, one hundred and eighty (180) feet to an iron pin on the building line of said South Market Street, the place of BEGINNING.
