Aurora Benefit Asset Account -This is a checking account which represents a
payout of an annuity owned by Robert J. Stahle, who died May 10, 2002.
Marjorie A. Stahie, the Decedent herein, was the beneficiary of said annuity. A
date of death valuation has been requested from Aurora, but has not been
received. Based upon communications with Aurora, it is not anticipated that a
date of death valuation will be forthcoming. Therefore, the value listed on the
statement dated March 25, 2009 has been utilized for purposes of this return.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - 2008 Property/Rent Rebate
IRS - 2008 Personal Income Tax Refund
Sovereign Bank -Various accounts per April 14, 2009 letter as provided by
Sovereign Bank, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. It
is to be noted that all accounts reported by Sovereign Bank, with the exception
of IRA Account No. 0358004406, were closed with the proceeds being used to
pay medical and nursing home care bills for the Decedent, Marjorie A. Stahle.
