Guardian filed by Cumberland County Aging and Community Services,
the court does find by clear and convincing evidence that Sven O.
Jensen is a totally incapacitated person at this time in need of
plenary guardianship services. The court finds that Mr. Jensen,
age 71, suffers from organic brain syndrome and alcoholism.
These conditions impair his capacity to receive and evaluate
information effectively, and to make and communicate decisions
regarding management of his finances, physical health and safety.

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that
the Cumberland County Office of Aging and Community Services is
appointed Emergency Plenary Guardian for the person and estate of
Sven Jensen. The posting of bond will be waived in this matter.
Counsel is directed to contact this office for the
purpose of scheduling a final hearing in this matter.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the court
finds that the defendant needs immediate detox treatment and the

defendant is accordingly ordered to be transferred and admitted
to the York Hospital Emergency Room for such treatment.
Transportation of Mr. Jensen will be provided by the Cumberland
County Sheriff's Office if required.
