claim in the amount of $16,197.56 under the provisions of Section 732(b)(2) of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949 as amended; and having received payment of the same in settlement of this Claim on
August 13, 2009; the Clerk of The Orphans' Court is authorized and directed to enter satisfaction
in full of said claim on the records of The Orphans' Court.
