building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to tile such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAiN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pe~msylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as :follows, to wit:
BEGINNiNG at an iron pin on the southern line of Bungalow Road, which point in nine
hundred fifty and four-tenths (950.4) feet eastwardly from Altoona Avenue (also known
as North Enola Drive);
Thence along the southern line of Bungalow Road north eighty-three (83) degrees thirty-
two (32) minutes east one hundred fourteen (114) feet to an iron pin;
Thence south fourteen (14) degrees two (02) minutes east one hundred fifteen and
twenty-eight one hundredths (115.28) feet to an iron pin;
Thence south sixty~eight (68) degrees seventeen (17) minutes west sixty and five-tenths
(60.5) feet to an iron pin;
Thence along lands now or formerly of Donald Gerhart north thirty-five (35) degrees
west one hundred forty-eight and nineteen one-hundredths (148.19) feet to the Place of
BEGINNING.
