KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, Margaret A.
Sullivan, legatee under the Last Will and Testament of Julia M. Herr, deceased, does
hereby acknowledge to have received of and from John E. Herr, Executor of said Estate,
the surn of One Dollar ($1.00) in full payment of the bequest due me under the Will of the
Decedent.
In consideration thereof, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge the Estate of Julia M. Herr and Jahn E. Herr, Executor, of and from all claims,
demands, actions and causes of actions, legacies or bequests from the Estate of Julia M.
Herr.

hereby acknowledge to have received of and from John E. Herr, Executor of said Estate,
the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Eighty-Eight Cents
($1,293.88 in full payment of the bequest due it under the Will of the Decedent.
In consideration thereof, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever
