For dates of death on or after July 1, 1994 and before January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the
surviving spouse is three (3) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.1) (i)].
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero
(0) percent [72 P.S. §9i 16 (a) (1.1 } (ii)]. The statute does not exemat a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements
for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a
natural parent, an adoptive parent, or a stepparent of the child is zero (0) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent,
except as noted in 72 P.S. §9116 1.2) p2 P.S. §9116 (a) (1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.3)]. A
sibling is defined under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

THIS DEED is made this ,~_ day of A °~~ 2006, between PATRICIA
ANN wECH, Successor Trustee of the DOROTHY S. WECH LIVING TRUST, dated
November 14, 2003, and any amendments thereto, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and
ROBERT WECH ,hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100
($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States of America, and other valuable consideration,
the receipt which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the Grantee:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Township of Upper Allen, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the east side of Circle Drive, at the corner of Lot No. 46, as
shown in the plan of lots hereinafter mentioned; thence along the east side of Circle Drive, south
four (4) degrees, forty-five (45) minutes east, ninety (90) feet to a point at the corner of Lot 48 in
said plan of lots; thence along the line of said Lot No. 48, north eighty-five (85) degrees, fifteen
(15) minutes east, one hundred twenty (120) feet to a point; thence along land of Fred Glaize,
north four (4) degrees, forty-five (45) minutes west, ninety (90) feet to a point at the corner of
Lot No. 46 aforesaid; thence along the line of said Lot No. 46, south eighty-five (85) degrees,
fifteen (15) minutes west one hundred twenty (120) feet to a point on the east side of Circle
Drive, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING LOT NO. 47 in the plan of lots known as RESERVOIlZ HILL, SECTION "D",
which said plan is of record in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book
13, at page 3.
BEING the same premises which Dorothy S. Wech, by Deed dated November 14, 2003
and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, PA on
November 20, 2003 in Book 260, Page 2249 granted and conveyed unto the Dorothy S. Wech
Living Trust, the Grantor herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to all restrictions, easements, covenants, conditions and
agreements of record.

TOGETHER with all and singular the buildings and improvements, ways, streets, alleys,
passages, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances,
whatsoever unto the hereby granted premises belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the
reversions and remainders, rents, title interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of it, the
Grantor, as well at law as in equity, of, in issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title
interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of them, the Grantor, as well at law as in equity,
of, in and to the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lot or piece of ground above described, with the
messuage or tenement, thereon erected, hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or
mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the Grantee, his successor and
assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the Grantee, his successors and assigns,
forever.
AND the Grantor, for herself, heir heirs, personal representatives and assigns, do
covenant, promise and agree, to and with the Grantee, for himself, his heirs, personal
representatives and assigns, by these presents, that she, the Grantor, her heirs, personal
representatives and assigns, all and singular the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or
mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the Grantee, for himself, his heirs,
personal representatives and assigns, against her, the Grantor, her heirs, personal representatives
and assigns, and against all and every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same or any part thereof, by, from or under her, her, them or any of them, shall and
will, Subject as aforesaid, WARRANT and forever DEFEND.
THIS DEED is exempt from realty transfer tax as between family, pursuant to a Last Will
and Testament and accompanying trust as recorded in the Office of Register of Wills in and for
Cumberland County, PA on January 31, 2005.
