~spital, it is ORDERED AND DECREED that a citation is awarded, directed to Jessie Tabor, the alleged
apacitated person, to show cause why her husband Benjamin Tabor should not be appointed emergency
!ardian of her person for the purposes of consenting to ECT, with the emergency guardianship to be in
-ect for a period of time until the treatment can be completed or until a time set by Order of this Court.
Notice of hearing on this Petition is to be given to Jessie Tabor, the alleged incapacitated person, by
