Notice is hereby given that an erroneous Satisfaction Piece has been filed by Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A. on or about July 28, 2009. The erroneous Satisfaction Piece purports to satisfy the
Mortgage on the premises located at 503 Haldeman Boulevard, New Cumberland, PA 17070, (a
legal description of which is attached hereto). The Mortgage on this premises, in the principal
sum of $108,000.00, was recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County on May
21, 2007 in book 1992, page 4410.
The premises is subject to the Court's Order in the above matter and to the Mortgage
described above.
