WHEREAS KIMBERLY D. BARGES entered into a contract with
KIMBERLY D. BARGES AND
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) buildin s u on those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ,
CLIMB County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed fro.-:ii Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc.,Dieted' g-,` 40q and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Kimberly D. Barges.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way line for Walleye Drive at the
corner of Lot No. 6 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No.
6, South 29 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds East, 175.57 feet to an iron pin on the line of
Lot No. 9 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by Lot No. 9, South 60
degrees 39 minutes 12 seconds West, 70.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 8 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 8, North 41 degrees 37
minutes 09 seconds West, 176.75 feet to an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way line of
Walleye Drive; thence in and along said right-of-way line for Walleye Drive by a curve
to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet, for an arc distance of distance of 26.77 feet,
the chord of which is North 54 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds East, 26.72 feet to an iron
pin; thence continuing along the eastern right-of-way line for Walleye Drive, North 60
degrees 39 minutes 12 seconds East, 81.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 6 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan, the point of BEGINNING.
THE above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle Spring
Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan
Book 91, at page 61.
THE above described tract is identified as Lot No, 7 on said plan.
