(a) buildin s upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ,
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated Y-A-691 and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Gerald L. Davis.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and foe the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing p.k. nail iri, the µcenterline of Newburg Road (SR 0696) at
corner of land now or formerly of Arthur P.. Shimkamon; thence by said land now or
formerly of Arthur P. Shimkamon, South 81 degrees 53 minutes 29 seconds West, 34.97
feet to an existing iron pin; thence by same by a curve to the left on a circle having a
radius of 25.00 feet, for an arc distance of 39.25 feet, the chord of which is North 52
degrees 58 minutes 01 second West, 35.34 feet to an existing iron pin; thence by same,
South 82 degrees 05 minutes 37 seconds West, 175.05 feet to an existing iron pipe;
thence by same and by land now or formerly of Jeanne M. Smith, South 07 degrees, 53

the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 17, Lot No. 16 and

second West, 255.22 feet to a set concrete monument on line of Lot No. 13 on the
hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 13, North 39 degrees 46
minutes 32 seconds East, 48.60 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No.ll on the
hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by Lot No. 11, North 26 degrees 23

04 seconds East, 99.90 feet to an existing p.k. nail in the centerline of Newburg Road (SR
0696), the point and place of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION was taken from a final subdivision plan for North
Middle Spring Estates, by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan
is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91, at page 61. The above described tract is identified as Lot
No. 12 on said plan.
