WHEREAS HEATHER K. PORTER entered into a contract with
HEATHER K. PORT AND N/A
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) buil s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP ,
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated P?+09 and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Heather K. Porter.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and f& the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the eastern right-of-way line for Walleye Drive at the
corner of Lot No. 28 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot
No. 28, South 38 degrees 08 minutes 28 seconds East, 150.02 feet to an iron pin on line
of land now or formerly of Ronald J. Zeigler; thence by said land now or formerly of
Ronald K. Zeigler, South 51 degrees 51 minutes 32 seconds West, 128.18 feet to an
existing railroad spike in the centerline of Middle Spring Road (T-334); thence in and
along the centerline of Middle Spring Road (T-334), North 40 degrees 24 minutes 40
seconds West, 123.14 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Middle Spring Road (T-334);
thence in and along the eastern right-of-way line for Walleye Drive, North 49 degrees 35
minutes 20 seconds East, 25.00 feet to an iron pin; thence in and along said Walleye
Drive by a curve to the right on a circle having a radius of 25.00 feet, for an arc distance
of 40.26 feet, the chord of which is North 05 degrees 43 minutes 26 seconds East, 36.05
feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along the eastern right-of-way line for Walleye
Drive, North 51 degrees 51 minutes 32 seconds East, 83.09 feet to an iron pin at corner of
Lot No. 28 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan, the point of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle
Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91, Page 61.
THE ABOVE described tract is identified as Lot No. 29 on said plan.
