STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS A~REEM~T made this ~0~''~ day of May, 2004,
by and between
H & M ~nterDrises, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation
hereinafter called the "Contractor
and
Jonathan w. Castor and Sharon M. Castor,
hereinafter called the "Owner"
WITN~SSETH T~AT:
The Contractor by instrument ~ated ~/! 7/u~ '~
entered into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and
construction of a home situated on property known and numbered as
Lot 96, Oak Ridge Estates, Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel number 08-10-0630-136.
AND W--~,EAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed
therein to enter into an additional agreement with the Owner
stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed
against the abo~e building or the appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AG~T' WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and
in consideration of~awarding to him of the said contract and ~or
the sum of One Dollar ($2.00) to him and in hand paid by the
Owner, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, promises and
agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building, real estate, or the apDurtenances thereto
by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen, mechanics,
laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services
rendered of any ~ind whatsoever, for or about, or on account of
the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
