PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, THIS ~ day of ~ v , 2009, in consideration of the
foreging petition and on motion of Petitioner, Green Ridge Village, in is hereby
ORDERED and DECREED that a Citation be awarded; directed to Fannie E. Gill, to
show cause why a Permanent Plenary Guardian of her Person and Estate should not
be appointed, and why she should not be adjudged an incapaciated person.
The time and place of hearing on the Petition for Appointment of Permanent
Plenary Guardian of the Person and Estate of the alleged incapacitated person are
fixed for , 2009, at - ~3D a~fp.m. prevailing time
in Courtroom No. ~_, on the 4t" floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse,
Orphan's Court Division, Carlisle, Pa. 17013.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of the hearing on appointment of a
Permanent Plenary Guardian of the person and estate shall be given to Fannie E. Gill,
the alleged incapcitated person, by serving her personally with the Citation and this
Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing Petition together with an explanation of thre
