PETER T. WEIGHER, OWNER, an adult individual with a business address of 3425 Market
Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have entered into a contract with
HAUBERT HOMES, INC., CONTRACTOR, A Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of
business at 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the
erection of a single family residential dwelling upon land of Owner situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A,"
attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this /~.~t day of May, 2004, before any authority has been given by the said Owner to
the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the same, in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said property by the
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and
construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNNING at a point located on the northern right-of-way line of Sconsett Way, 25 feet from the
centerline of the same, being the northwestern corner of Lot No. 7 of Phase 1, near the intersection
with Lowell Lane; THENCE along said intersection, along a curve the right having a radius of 10.00
Feet, an Arc length of 15.05 Feet, following a chord bearding of North 11 Degrees 35 Minutes 23
Seconds West, a distance of 13.67 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane;
THENCE along the eastern right-of-way of Lowell Lane, along a curve to the left having a radius of
525.00 feet, an Arc length of 16.19 feet, following a chord bearing of North 30 degrees 39 minutes 04
seconds East, a distance of 16.19 feet to a point on said right-of-way; THENCE continuing along the
same, North 29 degrees 46 minutes 03 seconds East, a distance of 88.00 feet to a point on the
western corner of Lot No. 96; THENCE along the western line of Lot No. 96, South 60 degrees 13
minutes 57 seconds East, a distance of 105.00 feet to a point on the northwestern property line of Lot
No. 78; THENCE along said property line of Lot No. 78, South 02 degrees 03 minutes 42 seconds
West, a distance of 21.51 feet to a point on the northeastern corner of Lot No. 7, Phase 1; THENCE
along Lot No. 7, Phase 1, South 77 degrees 50 minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 142.78 feet
to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Sconsett Way, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 7,982.81 Square Feet or 0.183 Acres.
BEING known as 1611 Lowell Lane, now known as 1613 Lowell Lane.
BEING Lot No. 97 on the Revised Final Subdivision Plan of the Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase
II, prepared by Melham Associates, P.C., dated June 29, 2001, last revised September 10, 2001, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan
Book 84, Page 38; also being known as Unit No. 97 as shown on the Declaration Plat recorded in
Right-of-Way Plan Book 12, Page 130.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a Declaration of Planned Community dated and recorded May 24,
2001 in the Office of the Recorder of deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in
Miscellaneous Book 675, Page 1092.
BEING the same premises which Gerald G. Reidel and Beverly Jane Reidel, husband and

Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, granted and conveyed unto Peter T.
Weigher, Mortgagor herein.
