I represent the Estate of Eugene E. Beers. Enclosed is a
check made payable to the Register of Wills, Agent in the amount
of $55,589.25, same constituting a prepayment at discount on
account of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-captioned
estate. The prepayment is determined as follows: $390,100.00
