Enclosed for filing with your office please find two (2) completed Forms Rev-1500 with the
following attachments:
- Date of death valuations;
• Copy of the Last Will and Testament of Leon C. Morrison; and
• Copy of the Leon C. Morrison Living Trust.
Also enclosed are one (1) check made payable to Register of Wills, Agent, in the amount of
$105.09 for additional Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax, and one (1) copy of the Federal Estate Tax
Return filed for this Estate.
I am also enclosing for filing with your office one (1) original Inventory for the above-
referenced Estate, one (1) check made payable to Register of Wills in the amount of $700 for
additional probate fees, and one (1) check made payable to Register of Wills in the amount of $30.00
for filing costs. Please advise if any additional fees or expenses are due with regard to this matter.
One (1) additional photocopy of the front-page of the completed REV-1500 form and one (1)
additional photocopy of the front-page of the completed Inventory for the Estate have been provided.
