SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
10/21/2009 11:46 AM -Amanda Cobaugh, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
October 21, 2009 at 1147 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant,
to wit: Williams Home Improvement Center, by making known unto Harry Williams, Owner of Business
and Adult in Charge, at 3696 Ritner Hwy, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241 its contents
and at the same time handing to him personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving
the writ of execution, a levy was completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter
mailed to defendant on 10-23-09
11/19/2009 03:22 PM -Sale bill posted on 11-19-09 at 1522 hours by Deputy Fry. Sale date set for Monday,
12-07-09 at 1500 hours. Copy of sale bill mailed to Attorney Kensinger. -
12/04/2009 Property sale scheduled to be held 12-07-09 @ 3:00 p.m.
12/07/2009 R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, says that due and legal notice having
been given according to law, the personal property of Williams Home Improvement Center, 3696 Ritner
Highway, Newville, PA 17241 was offered for sale. Date and Time of sale: Monday, December 7 2009,
3:00 P.M.E.D.S.T., at 3696 Ritner Highway, Newville, Cumberland County Pennsylvania 17241. No
property was sold; rather it was retained by the defendant as the $ 300.00 statutory exemption.
01/14/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED, per request from plaintiff's attorney.
