is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc.
of 15 Central Blvd., Camp Hill Pennsylvania.
for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
and commonly known as 1409 Inverness Drive, Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as set forth in deed dated , recorded at Deed Book ,
Page , in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more
specifically described in Exhibit"A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW. June 25, 2003 x8 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased. or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more
fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the westerly right-of=way line of Inverness
Drive, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same and being a front
property comer of Lot 33;
THENCE along said Lot 33, North 64 Degrees 00 Minutes 07 Seconds West
(N64°00'07"W) a distance of 125.06 feet to a point, said point being a comer of
Lot 35;
THENCE along said Lot 35, North 32 Degrees 00 Minutes 59 Seconds East
(N32°00'59AE) a distance of 129.98 feet to a point on said westerly right-of-way;
THENCE along said westerly right-of-way, by a curve to the right having' a radius
of 125.00 feet an arc length Df 182.76 feet being subtended by a chord of South
15 Degrees 53 Minutes 13 Seconds East (S15°53'13°E) a distance of 166.91 feet
to a point;
THENCE along the same, South 25 Degrees 59 Minutes 53 Seconds West
(S251159'53"W) a distance of 5.00 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
