McLaughlin Sr., filed a Civil Complaint (Docket No. CV-304-09) against Sandie Ramsey-Reynolds, with Magisterial District Number 91-1-01 in the office of the Honorable Charles A Clement, Jr. The complaint dealt with Ms. Ramsey-Reynolds refusal to return my property after the demise of a personal relationship. This property consists of: one 17.5" (medium sized) Gary Fisher Mt Tams Mountain Bike (green), one Schwinn Spin Bike (home version, with attached book platform), and one Sprocket Rocket Roof-Mount Bike Rack, purchased from Wildware Backcountry Outfitters. None of these items were ever gifted or sold to Ms. Ramsey- Reynolds, and 1 have legal receipts for each of them. They were loaned to her, under the agreement that as she had available funds to purchase her own, she would do so. On August 24, 2009, Magisterial District Judge Clement ruled in this case and found judgment FOR the plaintiff. Subsequently, on September 22, 2009, Ms. Ramsey-Reynolds filed an APPEAL with the Cumberland County Prothonotary's Office to release herself from this judgment. I wish to pursue this action against Ms. Ramsey-Reynolds and am filing this CIVIL COMPLAINT for the following amount: $1,111.00 plus new court fees paid to the Prothonotary's Office, Cumberland County Courthouse. When I sold it to you, I brought it into work and we took it to your house and put it in your basement exercise room. This bike is a brown color with a large flywheel on the front. It works by adjusting the pressure on felt lined brake pads on the flywheel. It has a black metal magazine holder on the handlebars.
