I may seek the benefit of
counsel with respect thereto as I
may deem necessary or desirable, and that I

reliance on this instrument without judicial allowan~e thereof; and,
WHEREAS, I represent that I have not assigned, transferred or encumbered in any way,
voluntarily or involuntarily, my interest in the ESTA'Y'E OF ELEANOR D. MCKENDRY.
NOW THEREFORE,

1. I ACKNOWLEDGE that I have examined the

2 I DO HEREBY ratify, confirm and approve the aforesaid account and all items
contained therein set forth in connection with the ad>lninistration of said Estate, and like force and
effect as if the same had been duly examined, au{lited and allowed by a court of competent
jurisdiction; and,
3. I DO HEREBY expressly waive
right to enforce judicial settlement of said
account in any court whatsoever having jurist
that this instnunent shall be delivered to C.

debts, legacy or legacies, which the said Trustee inlay not have other assets to pay, that I will
return said legacy or such part thereof as may be necessary for the payment of the said debts or
for the payment of a proportional part of said legacies. The words "debt or debts" wherever used
herein, shall be deemed to include all taxes imposegl upon or chazgeable to the Estate or owned
by the deceased, including but not limited to
New Jersey or other state of sovereignty,
transfer inheritance tax, Estate tax, death,
and income taxes, together with interest,

and Refunding Bond for the above referenced estate. The check is for $50 in additional probate
fees per invoice 2567 and the $5 filing fee for the Release and Refunding Bond. This will close
the estate.
