RENUNCIATION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST
IN
ESTATE OF BEVERLY J. GILL DECEASED
TO THE REGISTER OF WILLS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA:
The undersigned, MALCOM L, BLACK, the named beneficiary per Item 7 of the Last Will and
Testament of the late Beverly J. Gill, dated February 4, 2004, does hereby disclaim and renunciate and
refuse the life estate in the seventy percent (70%) undivided interest owned by the late Beverly J. Gill in
the property known as 108 Austin Drive, Enola, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County_
Pennsylvanian, granted to me by the late Beverly J. Gill per Item 7 of the Last Will and Testament.
