The Defendant is Robert Ciochetto aka Robert F. Ciochetto, who is the mortgagor and real owner ofthe mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 6 Woodmere Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. The Defendant is Alyssa Ciochetto, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his/her last-known address is 6 Woodmere Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 4. On November 21, 2008, mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1974, Page 755. 5. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the mortgage attached as Exhibit "'A" and is known as 6 Woodmere Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 6. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due February 27, 2009 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 7. The following amounts are due on the mortgage: Principal Balance $ 160,703.80 Interest through August 12, 2009 $ 1,742.50 (Plus $42.50 per diem thereafter) Attorney's Fee $ 1,250.00 GRAND TOTAL $ 163,696.30 8.
