PRAECIPE
On September 15, 2009 the above referenced estate was opened in the County
office of the Register of Wills, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by the Executor,
Robert E. Murray and his attorney for the estate, George F. Douglas, III.
On the Petition for Probate and the Grant of Letters the Executor was mistakenly
listed as Donald L. Murray, the decedent, when it should have been listed as the
Executor, Robert E. Murray.
The Executor, Robert E. Murray, did execute the said Petition and was property
sworn.
When the Certificate of Grant of Letter was issued on September 15, 2009, the
Letters Testamentary were granted to Donald L. Murray, decedent, when they should
have been granted to the Executor, Robert E. Murray.
It is respectfully requested that the named representation be changed from Donald
L. Murray to Robert E. Murray and the Grant of Letters be issued to the Executor, Robert
E. Murray.
