depose and say that I served via hand delivery, the alleged incapacitated person,
Louise Carl, with the Petition Under §5513 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code for Appointment of an Emergency Limited Guardian of the Estate of Louise Carl
and to Adjudge Her an Incapacitated Person and with the Citafion With Notice issued
in the above-captioned matter on the a~ day of May, 2009, at

I explained, as best I could given Louise Carl's condition, the contents and
