Gilmore, who currently resides at 551 Valley Street, Summerdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Kevin Gilmore, who currently resides at 449 2nd Street, West Fairview, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. The Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. There has been one child born of the marriage: Nicholas Gilmore born May 29, 1999 Defendant adopted the below named children during the marriage, both of which are Plaintiff s biological children: Casey Gilmore born February 27, 1996 Bailey Gilmore born March 7, 1997 8. Plaintiff avers that the marriage is irretrievably broken. 9. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in such counseling. 10.
