WHEREAS, Mary E. Waechter, late of Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, died on December 4, 2008, testate and Letters Testamentary were duly granted to
J. Timothy Waechter by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County; and
WHEREAS, the same Executor has converted into cash the personal property of the
Estate and is now desirous of stating an accounting of the assets and liabilities; and
WHEREAS, all of the heirs of the said Mary E. Waechter, Deceased, are desirous of
avoiding the expense incident to the filing of an account by said Executor and have requested
said Executor to exhibit to them a true and full statement of the assets and liabilities, in
consideration of which said Executor herewith makes the following statement:

been duly filed and audited, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and awards made of the
aforementioned amounts, and do hereby acknowledge that we have this date had and received
from J. Timothy Waechter, Executor of the Estate of Mary E. Waechter, Deceased, the said sum
set opposite our names in the foregoing Schedule of Distribution, if any, in full payment and
satisfaction of all said sum or sums due us in the distribution of the estate of said decedent.
AND WE, THEREFORE, BY THESE PRESENTS, remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said J. Timothy Waechter, his heirs, executors and administrators of and
from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason
thereof; and we, and each of us, hereby agree to refund to the said estate pro rata any portion of
said amount which may be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the said estate, if
any, of which we may hereafter receive notice.
