In accordance with our conversation of August 7, 2009 I am returning to you the Official
F.eceipt issued by your office with respect to the inheritance tax payment delivered by me to your
office on August 7. 2009 in the amount of $2,360.00.
It has come to my attention that the payment of inheritance tax that I made was
unnecessary. I am --equesting that the payment that I made by voided and my firm's trust account
check No. 1789 be returned to me.
Kindly let ine know if there is anything further you need from me.
